BeaconsInSpace, Inc ("BeaconsInSpace ," "we"; or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share the personal information we collect from: (i) visitors to our website and our mobile applications (the “Website”); and (ii) to corporate Customers using our marketplace services (the “Service”). This policy does not address how we collect and use information collected from end users (“End User Data”)during the provision of our Service to our Customers, please see the link to the “End User Privacy Statement” below for more details.

This policy does not address the data collection practices of our third party Customers that use our Service. It is always a good idea to carefully read the privacy policy of each mobile app you install and use on your mobile devices to be sure you understand the app's data collection and use practices. By accessing or using our Service and/or the Website, you signify that you have read, understood and agree to our collection, storage, use and disclosure of your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy.

We collect personal information about you from various sources to provide our services to you, to analyze and improve our services, and to communicate with you. BeaconsInSpace is a member of the Network Advertising Initiative (NAI) and adheres to its code(s), as applicable. The NAI is an industry leader in privacy and consumer protection practices for online advertising. Capitalized terms that are not defined in this Privacy Policy have the meanings given them in the BeaconsInSpace Terms of Service.

1. How We Collect and Use Information

We collect personal information from our Website visitors and Customers in order to provide you with a personalized, useful and efficient experience. The categories of information we collect can include:

Information that you provide to us. We collect information that you provide to us when you set up an account with us, use our Service and/or the Website, or communicate with us. Information collected through technology. We automatically collect certain types of usage information when you use our Service and/or the Website. When you visit the Service and/or the Website, we may send one or more cookies - a small text file containing a string of alphanumeric characters - to your computer that uniquely identifies your browser and lets us help you log in faster and enhance your navigation through the site. Email Communications. From time to time, we may send you emails regarding updates to our website, products or services, notices about our organization, or information about products/services we offer (or provided we have received your consent, promotional offers from third-parties) that we think may be of interest to you. Storage and transfer: Your information may be stored and processed in the United States or any other country in which BeaconsInSpace or its subsidiaries, affiliates or service providers maintain facilities. If you are located in the European Economic Area or other regions with laws governing data collection and use that may differ from U.S. laws, please note that we may transfer information, including personal information, to a country and jurisdiction that does not have the same data protection laws as your jurisdiction, and you consent to the transfer of information to the U.S. or any other country in which we or our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates or service providers maintain facilities and the use and disclosure of information about you as described in this Privacy Policy.

Keeping information safe: BeaconsInSpace cares about the security of your information and uses commercially reasonable physical, technical and organizational measures designed to preserve the integrity and security of all information we collect and that we share with our service providers. However, no security system is impenetrable and we cannot guarantee the security of our systems 100%. In the event that any information under our control is compromised as a result of a breach of security, we will take reasonable steps to investigate the situation and to notify our Customers if the security, integrity or confidentiality of personal information has been compromised, in accordance with any applicable laws and regulations.

5. Links to Third-Party Websites and Services

For your convenience, we may provide links to third-party websites or services that are not governed by this Privacy Policy. To the extent that any linked third-party websites or services you visit are not owned or controlled by BeaconsInSpace, we are not responsible for those websites' or services' content or information practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any site or service before providing any personal information.

6. Children's Privacy

BeaconsInSpace's website and services are intended for use strictly by adults. We do not knowingly solicit or collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If we learn that any personal information has been collected from a child under 13, we will delete the information as soon as possible. 7. EU-US Privacy Shield

BeaconsInSpace participates in and has certified its compliance with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework. BeaconsInSpace is committed to subjecting all personal data received from the EU in reliance on the Privacy Shield Framework, to the Framework’s applicable Principles, including the Principles of Notice, Choice, Accountability for Onward Transfer, Security, Data Integrity and Purpose Limitation, Access, Recourse, Enforcement and Liability. If there is any conflict between the policies in this Privacy Policy and the Privacy Shield Principles, the Privacy Shield Principles shall govern.

BeaconsInSpace’s Privacy Policy, the Terms of Service, API and Data Licence and End User Privacy Statement describe the types of personal information BeaconsInSpace collects, the uses of this information, the types of third parties to which it discloses the data and the purposes for which it does so (see specifically “How We Collect and Use Personal Information” and “How We Share Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy). Residents of the EU have the right to access the personal data that BeaconsInSpace maintains, and in some cases, may have the right to correct or amend any personal data that is inaccurate or has been processed in violation of the Privacy Shield Principles, to the extent allowed by law. BeaconsInSpace is responsible for the processing of personal information it receives, under the Privacy Shield Framework, and subsequently transfers to a third party acting as an agent on its behalf. BeaconsInSpace complies with the Privacy Shield Principles for all onward transfers of personal data from the EU. BeaconsInSpace may be liable under the Privacy Shield Principles if a third party processes personal information in a way inconsistent with those Principles, unless BeaconsInSpace proves it is not responsible for the event giving rise to damage.

With respect to personal information received or transferred pursuant to the Privacy Shield Framework, BeaconsInSpace is subject to the investigatory and enforcement powers of the Federal Trade Commission in respect of BeaconsInSpace’s self-certification of compliance with the Privacy Shield framework. In certain situations, BeaconsInSpace may be required to disclose personal information in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.

BeaconsInSpace commits to cooperate with the panel established by the EU data protection authorities (DPAs) and to comply with the advice given by the panel with regard to personal data transferred from the EU. Residents of the EU with inquiries or complaints regarding this Privacy Policy should first contact BeaconsInSpace via the contact information listed below. If your privacy concern is not resolved satisfactorily, you may wish to contact your local data protection authority who will refer your complaint to the panel to investigate your query free of charge.
